Village Green Section 4 is located between 10th & 11th Ave W, and 68th St. W in Bradenton, Florida 34209. It consists of 36 villas built in 1973 that back onto a beautifully landscaped yard with a heated pool, Ramada, gazebo as well as two shuffleboard courts. The 55+ community consists of many longtime residents who have become close friends. There are luncheons, dinners, happy hours and shuffleboard along with social gatherings by the heated pool.
Please note renting is not permitted and dogs are not welcome however up to two indoor cats are allowed.
